কিভাবে অনলাইনে জমি, জায়গা, বাড়ির খাজনা(Revenue ) পেমেন্ট করবেন?

আজকাল land revenue (Kkajna) can be paid online through https://banglarbhumi.gov.in হ্যাঁ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য সরকার সম্প্রতি রাজস্ব প্রদান (খাজনা) এবং অন্যান্য জমি-সম্পর্কিত পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য "বাংলারভূমি" নামে একটি অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম চালু করেছে৷

প্রথম Step:

            ১. প্রথমে আপনাকে অনলাইন ওয়েব পোর্টাল টা খুলতে হবে। তার জন্য আপনি বাংলার অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/ টা খুলতে হবে।
          ২. তারপর সাইন আপ(signup ) করতে হবে, যেটা আপনি পেজের একেবারে উপরের দিকে দেখতে পাবেন।
          ৩. সাইন আপ এ ক্লিক করলে ওখানে আপনার মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দিতে হবে।
        ৪. তারপর আপনার দেওয়া মোবাইল নম্বরে একটা ওটিপি(OTP) আসবে, এবং সেই ওটিপি(OTP) আপনি পূরণ করবেন, ব্যাস তাহলেই আপনার সাইন আপ(রেজিস্ট্রেশন ) হয়ে গেল। এবার থেকে আপনি যখন খুশি বাংলারভূমি ওয়েব পোর্টালে লগইন করতে পারবেন।
        ৫. এবার আপনি লগইন করবেন ঠিক একই রকম ভাবে আপনার সাইন-ইন অপশন উপরে দেখতে পাবেন ওখানে ক্লিক করবেন।
           ৬. ক্লিক করার পর আপনি আপনার রেজিস্টার্ড মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং পাসওয়ার্ড দেবেন, তাহলে আপনার অনলাইন ওয়েবপোর্টাল টা ওপেন হয়ে যাবে।

সেকেন্ড Step :
        ১. তারপর আপনাকে "সিটিজেন সার্ভিস" মেনুতে ক্লিক করতে হবে যেটা পেজের ওপরের দিকে পাওয়া যাবে।
        ২. এরপর আপনি দেখতে পাবেন "অনলাইন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন" অপশন, সেখানে ক্লিক করুন, তারপর "ল্যান্ড রেভিনিউ (খাজনা) অ্যাপ্লিকেশন" অপশনটাতে  ক্লিক করুন।
        ৩. এরপর আপনি একটা ফর্ম দেখতে পাবেন, যেটা আপনাকে খুব ভালোভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিয়ে।  অর্থাৎ এখানে আপনার কাছে যা যা চাইছে সেগুলো সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে পূরণ করতে হবে।
        ৪. সবশেষে পেমেন্ট অপসন আসবে।  আর আপনি সেটা পেমেন্ট করলেই "রেভিনিউ (খাজনা) পেমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেট ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন।

Yes, The West Bengal State Government has recently launched an online platform called "Banglarbhumi" for the payment of revenue (Khajna) and other land-related services.

First step:

1. First you need to open the online web portal. For that you have to open the official website of Bengal https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/.
2. Then you need to sign up, which you will see at the top of the page.
3. If you click on sign up, you have to enter your mobile number and password.
4. Then an OTP (OTP) will come to your given mobile number, and you fill that OTP (OTP), that's it, your sign up (registration) is done. From now on you can login to Banglarbhumi web portal whenever you want.
5. Now you will login in the same way you will see your sign-in option above click there.
6. After clicking you will enter your registered mobile number and password, then your online webportal will open.

Second Step:

1. Then you need to click on "Citizen Services" menu which is available at the top of the page.
2. Then you will see "Online Application" option, click on it, then click on "Land Revenue Application" option.
3. Then you will see a form, which you have to fill very well with required information. That is, you have to fill in the correct information about what is being asked of you here.
4. Finally the payment option will appear. And you can download the "Revenue (Khajna) Payment Certificate" once you pay it.
